Uniformed Public Services

The public sector is responsible for providing all public services in the UK, from the emergency services, healthcare, education and social care, to housing and refuse collection. You will gain a solid understanding of the skills required for a career in public services. A range of opportunities and a varied workload are just two reasons why you should consider a career in this sector.

The course is designed to capture the essential skills that will enable young adults to enter work and adult life confidently. You will have the opportunity to take part in activities which may include residential trips to develop leadership skills, experience outdoor activities including water based and meet a range of speakers from the Army, Navy and the Police.
